Please read these terms before using CM Smart City.

1. Acceptance

By using cmsmartview.com you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CM Smart City and must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Usage limits

Each signed-in user is granted a small number of image generations per day (currently 5). These limits exist to keep the service free and sustainable and may change over time. You may not attempt to bypass these limits by creating multiple accounts or using automation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark or privacy rights.
  • Upload photos of identifiable individuals without their consent.
  • Upload sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content.
  • Use the service to defame or misrepresent any person, party or government body.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service.

5. Generated images

The improved images produced by the tool are computer-generated visualizations. They are illustrative only and do not represent commitments, plans or proposals by any government body. You are responsible for how you share and caption them.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the photos you upload. You grant CM Smart City a temporary licence to process your upload solely to produce the requested improved image. Generated images are provided for your personal and civic-communication use.

7. Disclaimer

CM Smart City is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer for details.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CM Smart City and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

9. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
